Techwing has filed a correction to a previously disclosed single sales and supply agreement dated May 19, 2026. The correction pertains to the extension of the contract termination date due to a request from the client regarding changes in the product delivery schedule.
The agreement involves the supply of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) inspection equipment to Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. The total contract value is 9.72 billion KRW (~$6.86M USD based on 1416 KRW/USD), which represents approximately 6.11% of Techwing’s 2025 consolidated annual revenue of 159.13 billion KRW (~$112.38M USD based on 1416 KRW/USD).

- Delivery Status: Partial delivery was completed on June 11, 2026, with final delivery expected by September 29, 2026.
- Payment Terms: 90% within 30 days post-delivery and 10% within 30 days post-approval.
